Integrations | What are the steps needed to use the Prelien Pro integration in Procore?

New to installing Procore Apps?
Visit this Procore support article for step-by-step instructions or contact us through Prelien Pro's Support Center for help.
Step 1:

Install Prelien Pro in Procore
  • Ensure you are logged into Procore and that you have Admin permissions.
  • In the Procore Marketplace, locate Prelien Pro.
  • Click Install App.
  • Click Install to confirm your selection. You are guided through the remaining installation steps.

Step 2:

Name and Configure App
  • After installing the app, navigate to the App Management tool from the Select an App menu in Procore.
  • Click View next to the app you're configuring.
  • Click the Permissions tab.
  • Select the project(s) the app will be available in from the Permitted Projects drop-down menu.
  • Click Add.

Step 3:

Enable Permissions on Projects
  • Go to the Company Level Permissions tool.
  • Click the Projects Permissions Template tab.
  • Use an existing template or create a Global permission template that provides the permissions the app lists as required.
  • Go to the Company level Directory.
  • Search for the app name to locate its "user" account in the Directory and click Edit next to the user account.
  • In the permissions area of the user record, click the Select Default Permission Template option.
  • Choose the template you've set up for the app, then click Apply.
  • Next, mark the checkbox for Add Prelien Pro to all new projects.

Default permission template when added to new projects:None     Select Default Template
    Add Prelien Pro to all new projects...
    Allow Prelien Pro to create new projects...
Step 4:

Navigate to the Prelien Pro App
Open any active project in Procore and launch the Prelien Pro App

Step 5:

Register your Prelien Pro App
Have the following information ready before you start the Registration process:
  • Company legal name and address
  • Names and email addresses for those Users you wish to access Prelien Pro
  • Company Logo if not already uploaded to Procore (optional, can add later)
  • Credit Card information
  • Any PROMO CODE you've been provided
Each of the Users you've added during registration will receive a validation email with an opportunity to set their own passwords.
